The best bit was Marta the landlady She was so very helpful. Asked us the day before when we were landing ( from Uk) , how to get there , helped with taxi numbers & everything with a smile. Clean , good location, nice to walk around cituedella, 12 min from ivette beach club with lovely views & meal , 15 min from mareya beach club to chill .

The location was just perfect, in the heart of the Ciutadella and at the same time very calm. There was a free parking nearby which was quite practical. The host was very nice and available. Breakfast was great and homemade. It was very clean.

“Lovely Authentically Menorcan Apartment”

Jacuzzi on the roof was fantastic. The roof wasn't the biggest but big enough for 2 people to soak up the sun. The room had an authentic Menorcan feel. Small fridge in room with 2 bottles of complimentary water. Small tv in room The lady who runs this accommodation is really friendly and helpful. There is a fridge downstairs in the dining area with complimentary water and beer which you can help yourself to at anytime. Key code entry into building. Great communication with the host via WhatsApp prior to arrival.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center. Marta was an incredible host and the breakfast was 10/10 with fresh high quality ingredients.

We had a huge room with facilities for those with a disability (not required by us). Lovely patio area with jacuzzi bath which we used during our siesta.Marta the owner went over and above coming back especially to bring us milk. Breakfast was great, lots of delicious homemade cake, cheese, meats, cereals, fruit, bread and tea & coffee. So convenient for city, 2 minutes from the Main Street area and cathedral.

Marta welcomed us to RifugioAzul with great energy. She was very available and we enjoyed talking to her. She also recommended some nice restaurants. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and ideally located in a quiet street. The breakfast was delicious and complete. We recommend it without hesitation and hope to come back!

Exceptional property - breakfast was great (homemade cakes!), room was spacious and comfortable, location was incredible and close to everything. Marta and Frida were amazing and made sure our stay was perfect. We had the room with the hot tub on the terrace and it was perfect for a glass of wine in the evenings. The room also had a cooler and a beach umbrella ready to be taken for days out. Would definitely be back!

I booked the room with the hot tub on the rooftop terrace for my last night in Menorca - I’m so glad I did. There’s something decadent about looking up at the sky in a hot tub, day or night, with a glass of wine. The room retains all the old Menorcan charm, whilst providing all the modern facilities you could possibly need or want. And Marta went out of her way to provide as much help and kindness as possible to make my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with home made cakes and delicacies too. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Menorca - I will definitely return.

“If you are looking for independent travel as holidays were before package holidays, you’ve found the hotel to experience”

The level of service was outstanding. The host gently recognised I was travelling alone, wanted me to have and so arranged an extensive breakfast buffet which I hadn’t paid for and sent me texts with details of the San Juan events occurring throughout the evening.
