“Super comfortable small hotel in superb location.”

The location was great. Right in the heart of the old town. Lovely big room with a very comfortable king sized bed. Very clean with a nice showeroom. (Ensuite) Our room had a quirky but lovely roof terrace as well.

Lovely boutique hotel with just four rooms, one of which has a private roof terrace. The reception area is not manned 24/7 so it’s a little like staying in your own house - and you can use the kitchen to make afternoon tea. The owners are super friendly and go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. It’s a short walk to all the sights of the old city and to the port. There is a free car park a short walk away too (if you have a hire car).

Lovely friendly and professional welcome from Maite - who also messaged us directly to say we could have an early check-in ... which was much appreciated. The hotel is located in a small, old town street so parking is a challenge. On the other hand, this location means it is perfect for walking in the the center and for the visiting the port restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was a lovely experience - all fresh local products with fantastic coffee. Our room was on the top floor and had the private terrace, which was a lovely place to sit and relax after a day sightseeing / walking. Maite also provided us with lots of info on local places to visit as well as multiple restaurant recommendations.

We extremely enjoyed our stay at Ca S'Arader, everything was as explained on the website, and even better. The room is very generous in size, the terrace is a little gem and the breakfast excellent. The hosts were careful but at the same time able to respect our privacy.

Pedro was a very welcoming and accommodating host and we had a really superb stay. The breakfast was excellent with GREAT coffee! The accommodation was fabulous and very tastefully furnished. Location was very near the centre but on a quieter street. My wife Jane and I thoroughly recommend Ca S'Arader to others. Enjoy!

Pedro is a natural born host, taking a genuine interest in his guests. He individually supports his guests with pretty much anything they might need (e.g., breakfast specialties, bookings, ...). And, as a proud Menorcan he takes great pleasure in providing great tipps for restaurants, beaches, rental car providers, sights, ... (I have been to the island many times, yet with Pedro's help I did find a couple of new gems). With just four rooms and the familial atmosphere, to me, Ca S'Arader felt like a home away from home (I actually decided to return for another couple of days on the same trip).

Loved everything about my stay here! I purchased the room with the rooftop terrace and I’m so glad I did, it was a beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Pedro was great, super helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much to ask. I would definitely stay here again! :)
