“Overall, the hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, but several aspects of the service and facilitie”
The room size was excellent, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping was of a high standard, and the towels were changed daily. However, we believe some attention should be given to the choice of detergent or fabric softener, as the smell of the towels was not particularly pleasant.

Very conveniently placed on the periphery of the city making it very easy to get to, very secure parking. Very good breakfast selection.

“Very average.”
I had to take a language test that was located inside the hotel. The room was fine - average. The Spa was something I was looking forward to but the hours for when it was opened didn't work for when I arrived in the evening and had to take the test in the morning.

“Disappointed!”
I booked the spa hotel purposely to access the spa during my stay, the spa is not open on Sundays. There was no where open in the hotel to have food or a drink, the restaurant and bar are closed all afternoon until evening. There was a huge amount of noise outside my room until gone midnight from the restaurant.

We like the underground carpark with direct access to the hotel and the suite was really nice. We have stayed here many times en route to the south from Santander and always look forward to being there.
