They didn't have washer and dryer available like it was shown in description, room didn't seem clean had to buy my own things to clean myself, housekeeping was great, nice front desk on other hand not so helpful couldn't even get a fork.

“Room was great, staff was friendly. Breakfast was not that great thankfully we had options close by.”
The room was exactly what we needed. Location was very close to US Embassy which was a plus. Alot of things nearby like restaurants and shopping center all at a walking distance.

“Super wonderful little hotel at an excellent location!”
the staff! professional and friendly - made me feel very welcome from the first interaction. no-fuss check in and check out. excellent location!! simple but yummy breakfast; free-flowing complementary coffee at the lobby. there is a spa (Sade spa) and a 24-hour restaurant (Denny's) right next to the hotel. within 5 minutes walk to Starbucks and Las Missiones mall - love this! very efficient (just the right temperature) room heater, wifi and hot shower. a lot of movie channels (although everything in spanish 😁)
