“Hotel is ok but I advise to go somewhere else for breakfast.”
The quality and variety of the breakfast is not up to the 4 stars hotel. Very poor selection of dishes : disappointing.

Customer service by staff and housekeeping You should place a supply room on each floor for safety and consideration of housekeeping since they're not allowed to use elevator to bring supplies up.. stair are hard

On booking.com seen a room and price, get there and it's a different size room and price. Check-in is at 4pm so guest have to wait around the lobby. Never going to stay at a holiday Inn or use booking.com again!
