“OK hotel for Business, nice view”
Tried calling room service for more than an hour with no response; no one was answering the phone.. had to go downstairs and three employees were there just talking amongst themselves. They were not even sorry about my complaint

“Pool & Gym”
The room was nice and clean. There was one really good & nice waiter (I think his name was Edoardo). His English was good and he was very polite.
