Staff lovely, decor attractive, breakfast fine and really good for early departure. A great base for Monti di Lepini and Gardens of Ninfa.

“A very friendly place to stay in a very friendly town, close to the very special Giardino di Ninfa,”
The room was very quiet in a central location in the town. It was perfectly situated for a visit to the very beautiful gardens nearby, Giardino di Ninfa. The B&B was upstairs above a great little bar, where the owner served us delicious local house-made snacks and, in the morning, coffee and croissants. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
