“Never experienced this before...”
We paid and got the booking confirmed by mail. When we arrived, they told us there was no room available. First they asked if we wanted a room (for less than the original price of €58) for €40 that wasn't furbished (only bed and no carpet). Didn't get the money back and send us away. They told us they would contact Booking.com for a payment back, but didn't hear anything.
