It was excellent value for money. The host was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The property came with a lovely patio garden which was for exclusive use of the renters. The bed was very and comfortable. The apartment was well appointed. We will return.

The accommodation was perfect. It was a good size, beautifully and tastefully furnished.....very French! The facilities were exceptionally clean. The location was in a peaceful residential area, close to a boulangerie and store. The bed was large and very comfortable.

Very nice hosts. If you arrive late & tired as we did, it's close to an excellent supermarket with healthy food for the microwave. Also, in the morning, there's great bakery both within easy walking distance. Worked very well for an overnight stay.

Best shower we have seen in France. Quiet village.

“Perfect overnight stay.”

This chambre d'hote is a lovely place. The owner was very welcoming. Once he had introduced us to the accommodation we were left to our own devices. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is superb being very close to Poitiers and the motorway network. We drove into Vouille to but a take-away pizza for dinner as there isn't much available on a Sunday evening.

Small ground floor annex next to owners house. Single large room, with comfortable large double bed. Wc and shower roo. In adjacent room. Fridge, basin microwave and sink in the main room. All fine for a one night stay. Could be a bit warm as could leave window open overnight. Could do with shutters having some more ventilation holes in them.

The property was very well equipped with all that you needed for on overnight stay or even a few days. It was very tastefully decorated and the owner Christine was a charming lady who spoke a little English.
