“absolutely awful experience”

Please read this carefully. There was no contact with the owner and no facilities in the room, as it was in the description. Although the check-in is from 3 pm, we had to wait until 3.30 pm for someone to arrive and open the gate. We just had to wait on the street! From the moment a girl let us in, we had no contact with anyone. We were left alone in the villa with no amenities (which were only in the room description), no service and no contact because no one responded to the phone number or email provided. The only contact we were able to reach was Booking.com but even they were unable to contact the owner of the villa. The breakfast is not in the villa! You have to walk down the street even in bad weather (we were in December) to get... a croissant and a coffee, but you can't find it in the villa/room description. In the description you can see that there is for example daily housekeeping, 24-hour front desk, express/private check-in/check-out, but there was none of it. I wrote that we had a problem to check in but we were not able to check out as well because there was nobody and no one from the villa answered the phone. After 1,5 hour of trying to contact villa owner, we informed the Booking.com staff that we are leaving the property by ourself without check out. We simply recorded a video of our leaving process.

“Unpleasant Staff”

The staff there gave us a room completely different from the one we paid for. And when we asked her, she got angry and told us that she had no other choice. So if we didn't say anything, she wasn't going to tell us anything. Horrible, we didn't even have coffee for the morning. Don't go there, I'm sure you'll find better places, sometimes it's not the place, it's the people.

“Functional for the airport”

it was very close to the airport - it was booked last min as our flight was cancelled. The location is close to the beach and just a 10 min drive from the airport and close to some local restaurants too.

Clean hotel. Close to airport and at walking distance from nice restaurant.

I really liked that there was cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival; after a long journey, this was what we needed. I liked the interior, everything was decorated very stylishly and beautifully, there were a lot of mirrors. Very nice worker. Convenient transfer from/to the airport. Daily cleaning and towel change. Towels are provided in 3 different sizes, which is very convenient. The staff responds very quickly to messages in the booking app. There was a problem with the water, fortunately the owners responded very quickly and fixed everything. The room has a large spacious closet and a very large shower.

“Did not get to stay as your property was closed , I arrived around 5pm .”

I tried to check in and there was no one at the property . I waited around for almost an hour and no one showed up. The place was locked , I could not get in to the building . I tried to call several times with no answer. Very disappointed to say the least . I had to find another place to stay for the night . Brutal . I’m a corporate pilot from Canada and needed to stay near Palermo airport for one night before dead heading back to Canada . Not happy at all !!!

“Quite ok, few hiccups”

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable main bed. The room was nicely decorated. The property is wonderfully adapted. Felt very safe too with an electric gate key and coded key cards for the room. Ample parking. Close to a nice restaurant, Cinisi town centre, beach and airport. The young lady who came to check us in was very nice and helpful.

“Over all the place fulfilled all our expectations and we were very pleased with it.”

We were looking for a place close to the airport to spend the night before heading out in the morning. This place was ideally located and is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The villa is a modern structure on a large plot with lots of parking and open space around the villa. The rooms are spacious and nicely maintained. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The place is close to Terrasini which is a quaint little town and we walked there in the evening.

“Great room close to the airport but never rely on them for a transfer”

The room is located about 15 min by car to the airport and that was my choice as I had an early flight and the car rental opened at 8 am, so I returned the car the previous day, took this rather near the airport, and arranged a transfer with who apparently was the daughter of the owner for 7:45 am the next day. The room and toilet were really nice, new, decently decorated and close to the beach (which I did not care about). Quite stylish and with a window to an olive yard near the sea. Location is middle of nowhere, with a few bars/restaurant options nearby. communication not the greatest but acceptable. To this point: all good.
