apartment / hotel room needs cosmetic repairs. bathroom tiles with a little mold there was a party every night in the apartments next door. if you like social risk society, then this is a great opportunity

We were placed in a cheaper room than the one we booked. When we inquired about it, the management informed us that they wouldn’t make any changes and that we wouldn’t be getting any money back. The customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole experience even worse. Only after numerous conversations directly with Booking.com did we manage to get a small refund. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place!
