Tranquil Tuscan Paradise The gently rolling hills of Tuscany surround the property and form a backdrop to Santa Margherita, La Dimora which has been restored in subtlety tasteful colours reflecting its natural setting. We relaxed into its restful pace. William and Monia were warm and gracious hosts, going to great lengths to give our Mother a special and memorable sixtieth birthday. The restaurant is a Tuscan gourmet experience and the view from the pool with its characteristic Cypress trees and unspoiled landscape beyond is gorgeous. Well-placed for Siena, Montalcino, a highly-recommended visit to Porto Ercole and the Tuscan Sea as well Maremma National Park with its wild flowers and beaches.

No staff member was present in the property from Monday 11 o’clock until Tuesday morning (and it is a property which advertises restaurant and bar services). The restaurant and bar were closed without any prior notification.

A gorgeous property with stunning views over the Tuscan hills, rich in nature. It’s located in a quieter and more raw part of the region, beautiful for peace & relaxation. The staff set up a private table on our terrace for a sunset dinner the first night and so kindly gifted us a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The view was incredible, the room was clean and modern. The staff were so nice and friendly. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. The sunset view was one of the best spots I have ever seen. Worth every penny

“Just perfect”

It was just perfect. The host, the staff, the service, the food… the Tuscany hills :) large pool one can swim in, very quite place, no kids allowed. Ask for earlier check-in and later check-ot you will just love to stay there!

The boutique hotel is located remotely from major cities, it has only 8 suites, brilliant view of valley and sunset, beautiful garden and swimming pool. the food was excellent, and the hotel manager Monia was very nice and helpful.!

Dimora Santa Margherita is a wonderful place to relax in the Tuscan Maremma. The views are amazing and the sunsets were spectacular! The breakfasts and dinners were lovely sat outside on the terrace. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even if my Italian wasn't always up to it.

William the owner and all of staff were amazing, very hospitable and there if you want to arrange any activities or need anything. They helped us organise a horse riding session with David and that was one of the best experiences we had in Tuscany. The food was brilliant with a nice selection of wines.

The luxury of feeling at home is done thanks to the beautiful family of Dimora. Views and services were excellent. Rooms facilities are really good quality. Breakfast and dinner are amazing, you must dine there!!! You certainly need to book, as we will again. 💕

Are you looking for a holiday to really relax, to enjoy beautiful surroundings and where you can find the nicest people? Then this is your destination. My partner and I stayed here for two nights at the end of our honeymoon through Italy and for us it was the best stay ever. We received a super friendly welcome, we also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and there is also the option of lunch and dinner. At lunch you can choose where you want to eat your lunch. At the pool, in the room, everything is possible. Dinner was served on the terrace with a beautiful view of Italy. The dinner was incredibly delicious, compliments to this top chef! The people here are very sweet and friendly. We had a great stay in our beautiful room. I recommend this stay to everyone!
