“Best customer service”
I have not been in a place where the customer service was so fantastic. Although the hotel is not the top of the line hotel the customer service made the experience top of the line.

“We didn’t.”
When we got to the property they told us there was not a room available and the. Uncharged the price $100 for a bigger room which we did not want. When we went to the room there was a person staying in the room already. They refused to refund our money.

very dirty hotel. there is no elevator. and it doesn't have a pleasant smell.. I don't recommend it

“Can’t leave a summary because we chose not to stay after checking in. Kinda sketchy atmosphere.”
Random people hanging out in parking lot. Empty beer bottles near my car. Didn’t feel safe. Room had an unpleasant odor. Light switch didn’t turn on any lights. We took one look (and sniff) at the room and left to stay at a different hotel
