He is a very respectful and hardworking host, he is fluent in Arabic, English and Turkish languages, very clean and tidy, newly built and all new appliances, the beach is very close and suitable for swimming and recreation, it has free parking. I definitely recommend it. .

“Good place to stay in Trabzon, very close to the airport.”
The view is nice if you have room to the sea. Apartment is very big and having furnitures are ok, but could be more. Frdge is big. It was clean.

Well furnished, very clean, excellent & very friendly staff, Amazing sea view from the mountain among the forest, Arabic employee is dedicated to Arab tenants. i've extended my stay 2 times in the same trip
