The hotel is in a beautifully restored historical building in the town centre of Cilaos. The sturdy and pretty wooden floors made a big impression on us. A cosy balcony leading out of our room with impressive views of the surrounding mountains and clean street was a bonus

“Fabulous stay in Cilaos”

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — when I mentioned that I didn’t love the first room we were given, we were quickly offered an upgrade at no cost, which was hugely appreciated. They also surprised us with a lovely card and a sweet decoration with petals for our honeymoon. Our stay was really special. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade crêpes! A little more variety in the cold cuts would have been nice, but that’s really just a detail. All in all, this place is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. Highly recommend!

The staff has been great, very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was also nice with fresh pancakes, fruit, and a great variety of jams. The lobby has a fireplace, creating an amazing warm and inviting environment.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is amazing: cozy, friendly, comfortable. Breakfast was a perfect start of the day: delicious and accompanied by a nice chat with the chef. Really nice experience to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, serving gourmand fondue and raclette. The lift in the hotel was also very convenient to use with our luggage.

“A boutique hotel in the mountain town of Cilaos”

The hotel is centrally located in town and has parking. From the hotel you can walk into the main street of Cilaos. It is a boutique hotel with only 18 rooms. The hotel rooms are of a normal size and have a balcony. The hotel has modern finishes and gives the 'mountain feel and view'.

“Great stay, great staff, a very good experience”

The staff was really both easy to approach and willing to help with any questions. While the rooms aren't as spacious as some other 4 stars, it was very cozy and intimist. The simplicity of the city made it wholesome and of a great value for an escape.

The localisation of this hotel it just amazing. It's in a city center next to the main street. Viev from the windos are just pefrct. The breakfast it really good. They have everything what you need to star a good day in the mountains.

The location in the centre of Cilaos is close to restaurants etc. The architectural design and old school charm of the hotel. Breakfast was good & free car parking.
