Lovely man at check in, even if we struggled to talk to him due to our awful French :) Good location, heater useful for cold nights, hearty breakfast!

The location is perfect, the staff was super friendly, the room was clean and had all we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cilaos.
