“NO Communication at all! :(”
I want to use this channel to complain again about this Property. We tried to change the dates for our booking for one day. After a few tries someone picked up the phone and said thats fine and they will refund the fees. We book the room for one day before and never got the refund for the other night. Especially frustrating because no one ever texted us back, picked up the phone nor replied to emails ever again. Quite suspicious how this all works. Booking.com themselves never heard anything from the property either and couldn’t help us further

15 minutes away from Cilaos. Very friendly host and delicious breakfast in the morning. There is a large kitchen area that all guests can use. For one night highly recommend.

“Very nice stay :)”
The location was very nice, with an extremely good view of the mountains from the balcony. The toilet was big and pretty modernized. The place was overall clean and very nicely kept. Private parking available.

Very nice location, very warm welcome, a lot of useful information on what to do in Cilaos. The place is a few km outside of Cilaos but the road to go to the town is very broad and in perfect conditions. Above all it goes through a magnificent forest…. we saw the most incredible starry sky stopping along the road.
