I have traveled all over the world and never had such a bad experience with hosts. We booked the apartment with 3 double rooms, initially for 6 people (3 adults+1 toddler+2 babies sleeping in their own cots). Then another couple with a baby wanted to join us, and we showed up politely asking if we could all stay together - the 6 adults sleeping in beds, and the 3 babies -one per room- in their own cots. Of course we were willing to pay any extra fee. They replied that the apartment is for maximum 6 people (including tiny babies) and that a part of our group has to stay somewhere else. Then they said that whoever stayed there was not allowed to have visitors for more than 1 hour per day! I understand they don't allow visitors to use the pool - but they would not even allow visitors in the apartment! So our family would not be allowed to hang out together during the day. We were calm, polite and understanding the whole time; we said OK, part of the group has to find another apartment to stay, and they gave us 1 hour to find it, then they would kick us out. Outside it was raging hot with 33° and we had three babies with us. Then they started accusing us that we want to pay the same price for more people, which was just ridiculous. The energy was very, very negative, they were incredibly rude, while we were calm and polite the whole time. They lied to the agency who handles the reservations and told them a story so that we would not get a refund. I recommend you stay away from these hosts and agency. We were in such distress that we left the apartment, not wanting to spend our holiday in such a toxic environment. They kept their money - almost 800€ - and refused to give us a refund. I am still in shock from what happened, since I consider myself a nice and considerate guest. During the one hour we spent inside, I noticed the place was not well cleaned, there was sand on the floor and the bathroom faucets were dirty.

The swimming pool was wonderful. Beautiful view from both the pool and the apartment! Recommended!
