I liked the location. They were prepared for international guests, and especially English speaking guests. The room was really nice and clean. The bowling area downstairs with restaurant wasn't too loud, and didn't interfere with my stay. I actually ate at the restaurant on site, and enjoyed the food. I'm really thankful that the parking on-site was for free as well. This is not the case with other hotels in the area. The breakfast in the morning is really good, and I was so thankful that it was ready to go when I came downstairs. Even though you can't order your breakfast on Booking.com (for example), the people in reception area are really kind, and are able to take care of it upon arrival. The price was good for what I ordered, and it was a good quality.

Everything was great. The room is comfortable, warm and clean. It's a good place for rest in a business trip. Parking and playground is a plus.

When making the reservation via booking.com, I requested stays which included breakfast as was led to believe that it was included at WIP. However, it turned out that it was not and we were required to pay an addition 60 PLZ as a result for what was a somewhat poor breakfast for the moeny.

Very pleasant stay (3 nights). Since I was visiting my family, the location worked perfectly for me and I didn’t use the facilities (restaurant, bowling), so can’t really rate these. It was warm in the room (November)!!! Dealbreaker for me. For the very first time during my visit in Cieszyn I wasn’t waking up shaking cold, unlike like in others two hotel nearby. This place will definitely be always my choice for the future visits in Cieszyn- no luxuries, but if you need a room in which you can get a comfy and warm night of sleep, highly recommended.

The staff were excellent, customer service was proactive and friendly. It was a lovely clean room, and was exactly what we required. Beautiful town spanning the Czech/Polish border.

Great location, 15min walk to the Cieszyn old town. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. There was a party downstairs in the restaurant but the music didn't bother us much as the hotel side is well soundproofed. The restaurant and garden especially looked inviting.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a good size and the shower was perfect after a day's driving/walking. The food and drink in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed bowling which is located on the lower floor. There is also a pizzeria (for takeout) which we didn't use but we thought was a great idea. Ample parking and decent wifi.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. You can leave the luggage in storage after check out but need to arrange it during breakfast since their reception is in the restaurant (which is not open all day).
