The staff was lovely and accommodating. We were able to agree on a later arrival time. Breakfast was sufficient. The area with all of the animals is a fun place to explore. The room had an air-conditioning and private balcony with a bug net door. There was access to a shared fridge and a microwave. The room had a kettle and a possibility to make tea.
