Mer & Golf Résidence Soko-Eder is located in Ciboure, near the resort Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Socoa Beach is situated just 1 km away. The residence offers apartments equipped with a TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and a balcony or terrace with garden furniture. Rather spacious apartment with fully fitted kitchenette. Parking on site. Big balcony. Easy to walk to Socoa (beach, grocery, restaurants...) and bus stop just below the property for a short drive to Saint Jean de Luz. Swimming pool looks great but we did not use it. Bed in the main room, and to bunk beds in the corridor facing the bathroom.

We arrived at 13:20 and there was nobody on reception. It was their lunch time and we decided to move forward and go to spend the day at the beach. However about 16:00 we got an SMS with the parking code. I would have expected to get the parking code early on the morning so as to be able to have access and let the door there. On the second day, there was an issue with the wifi access and it was not working not for free and neither paying. Location and facilities are good, but cleanliness could improve a bit.

Location is great, ( 5 min from Sokoa beach), large room with a small terrace. Good level of cutlery and plates, bed of a good quality too, with efficient shutter to keep the bedroom in the dark. Very friendly staff.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Pet friendly. Close to supermarket and boulangerie. Our view looking over the canal was beautiful.
