Host was very helpful and friendly, full of knowledge of local area. Even picked us up from train station and dropped us to the airport for an early morning flight. Had a poor that we were able to use. 100 out of 10.

“A lovely apartment with an excellent host”

Angela is a lovely and helpful host. She quickly answered our queries prior to our stay, was there to greet us on our arrival and helped ensure we had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean, well equipped, a home from home and had easy car parking. The view of the Vatican in the distance from our balcony was a pleasant surprise. The garden pool was delightful as was Angela’s very friendly dog. The apartment was within easy walking distance to Orion where we had a concert. Along the way there were friendly shops, cafe/bars and pizza places. Despite being near the airport there is little plane noise. We will be back :)

Clean and good location for airport. Friendly family. Not so good if you need to use sofa bed as well as the bedroom as sofa bed not very comfortable and air conditioning is only in lounge - 2 fans in bedroom but when door closed far too hot (this was in August when very hot though). Bus stop nearby to take you to underground to get to centre of Rome so good if you want to get away from busyness of Rome centre.

“Nice stay”

Nice large apartment on the ground floor, with two balconies and a small covered patio. Private parking outside the apartment. The owner, Angela, lives upstairs with her family (and sweet dog Perla) and is friendly and helpful. In this summer heat it was great to have airconditioning in the lounge (which also has a double sofabed) and in the double bedroom and to have two bathrooms (one with a washing machine). The apartment is located in a friendly neighbourhood not far from a good bakery (Dolce & Salato), a couple of restaurants (we highly recommend Ristorante Pizzeria Gradisca) and some other small shops. Bigger supermarkets (Carrefour, Todis) 5-7 mins away by car. To reach the centre of Rome it's only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop on Via dei Sette Metri (buy day tickets for 7 euros each at the tabbaccheria opposite the bus stop at no. 66, right next to the bakery). Take bus 515 to metro station Agnanina and then metro line A (15 stops) to Termini station. You can also take a bus in the other direction to Ciampino station and take a regional train into Rome but we didn't try that out. Two of our favourite outings were easy to reach from the apartment by car: a 30-min drive to the wonderful archaeological park at Ostia Antica, and a 20-min drive to Castel Gandolfo (recommend dinner at La Cruna del Lago overlooking Lake Galbano).

Simple big flat, used for 1 night as closish to Ciampino airport. Easy to communicate with owner.

Great apartment a short taxi from the airport after a late flight. Very clean, great facilities and slept 5 adults and 5 kids. Angela was very lovely and helpful with great communication. I would recommend.
