Everything. The pool is delightful. The room is amazing. Davide is the best host ever. Breakfast is good. The B&b is immaculate, modern and charming. It’s 5 mins walk to restaurants and bars. It’s exactly like the photos. It’s so peaceful and quiet; you couldn’t hear a pin drop. The garden surrounding the pool is lovely with birds and a resident tortoise. We’d spent two weeks travelling around Puglia and only picked this near Ciampino airport as we had to be at the airport at 8am for a flight home. We wished we’d skipped Bari and had at least a second night here. It was by far our favourite accommodation of our vacation and we’d stayed in 7 hotels, b n bs and even a Trullo. This surpassed them all. It’s less than 20 minutes drive to the airport and Davide was able to arrange transport at a really low cost. We’d reached the property by taking a train from Rome Termini (10minutes) and then a bus (5mins) as we’d dropped the car we’d used around Puglia back in Bari. We so recommend this value for money property and hope we get a chance to go back.

It was ideally situated 20mins yes from the airport.

Everything about this property was delightful. We were given a very warm welcome and were blown away by the spacious rooms and bathrooms - all spotless. There are two bedrooms - a double bedded and a twin bedded room, and a separate dining kitchen, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and a wide choice of self-service breakfast items, even eggs and bacon. There is also a superb swimming pool. [NB Access to the property is via stairs and would not suit anyone with severe mobility problems.]. We selected this property as it is within easy reach of Ciampino airport, from where we were flying back to the UK, so, sadly had only one night there. A car drop off service to the airport is available for 15€ (the four of us with luggage needs two cars), also available for airport pick up. A bus service and Metro (very cheap) go directly into Rome.

First of all, you live with the hosts in the house, an elderly couple, who do not speak English, who all the time wandered around the house and garden, grumpy and gloomy, they did not pay attention to our greetings in English. The hosts have a son, in any case, he is the guy who deals with the bookings and clients. His appearance is dubious and strange, and his verbal expression is defective. Knowledge of English is poor. Discriminating and rude! I don't know if the unit has two rooms or more, but the idea is that you can hear everything through the walls. Absolutely everything. What the owners and neighbors are talking about, the TV and other people's showers. The most disturbing was the fact that the wall with the bed in our room is shared with the kitchen where everyone "prepares" their own breakfast and makes coffee. You could hear every movement, cutlery and glasses, the rattling of the chairs, the coffee machine which is terribly noisy. Terrible to wake up at 8 in infernal noise. Breakfast was a joke, some cheap bread, some kind of dry croissants and some kind of homemade cake that looked strange, fruit yogurts of the worst quality, there was some butter in the fridge, some slices of salami that looked expired (I didn't dare to taste) and some milk in a 1 l bottle (funny look and taste, worst quality anyway). So I ended up eating 1 slice of toast bread with a cube of butter and some nutella. The pool of course was empty/closed, it will be opened in June they say (I was in the middle of May, 25 deg. outside). The house is actually located in a neighborhood of nice houses with beautiful vegetation, typical of the suburbs of Rome, but the neighbor's yard has a green carpet of artificial grass and there is a lot of laundry hanging to dry on the balconies, things that definitely disturb the general view.

It was beautifully located the room had a balcony, to look over the gardens.The location was away from any shops cafes etc so without a car it was a little difficult. Very pleasant host and a calm place to stay. Breakfast was help yourself to provisions provided.

I would like to point kindness and hospitality of owners. The apartment was very good, clean and with good facilities.The pool is very important addition to apartment because in summer it is very hot in the Italy and this was big plaser to return after big hike in Rome and to coming to cold water.This was big relaxing and enjoying. Frustrating was location of apartment ,because this is very far from center of Rome and this is a little difficult to get because you need to take also bus and metro and summary it take between 50 -60 minutes to get to centre of Rome. Location of apartment is countryside and this is advanteg who looking for silent and disadvantages who want to feel nite life of Rome because metro close at 9 p.m. and this say that you need to come back to apartment very early (till 9.00 p.m.). To our Luck we stayed weekend and metro was opened till 1.30 a.m. in Friday and Saturday , so we could return late ,but in the middle of week ,its can be difficult ,because taxi cost a lot (60-70 uro) and have not way to come back. All in all , if you know to get along with way to get-this good place and sure according to price which you pay.
