“Convenient location, good value for money”

Apartment in handy location for the train station and connecting trains into Rome. Room a great size and very clean. had option to use the kitchenette but there was an issue re making sure gas turned off so we didnt bother using it. Used the fridge facility to store fruit and yoghurt.

The apartment was more than suitable even for a week-long stay, especially for the busy sightseeing type we are. A quick walk from the train station, the area is safe day and night, with a supermarket, fast food restaurant, bars and shops nearby. The terrace is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. As others have pointed out, Fabia is a super nice, considerate and helpful host, we got along easily. We also had the opportunity to do some washing and have some interim room cleaning done (anything else was neat by every afternoon). Hope to visit again!

Nice place for a one-night stay, conveniently located near a station with easy access to Ciampino Airport (by bus) and Rome city center (by train). The host is very friendly. Breakfast is Italian—cappuccino and a croissant. Definitely recommend for a one-night stay!

we stayed at Fabia’s place for a night. The place was very spacious, comfortable and had a balcony, 10 minutes away from Ciampino airport. Fabia is a very responsive host and the check in was smooth. Thanks for the great stay!

Location was good, close to the airport and you couldn’t hear the planes. Bed was fine, size of room was fine.

Fabia was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast in the cafe bar downstairs served by the friendly owner every morning. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away with trains running regularly to the terminal in the centre of Rome (15 min journey). We would be happy to stay there again the next time we visit.
