Absolutely wonderful stay! The host is truly amazing — warm, kind, and always ready to help. She gave us many great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and local experiences, which made our trip to Rome even better. The breakfast was very good, with everything fresh and tasty. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The area is safe and peaceful, and parking was never a problem. It’s about 10–15 minutes from the metro station, and around 45–50 minutes to the city center. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome! We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Very clean, very quiet, good position, very well connected, friendly people.

Manuela was a great host. She is a good communicator, always friendly and chatty, and gave us loads of useful information about places to go, places to eat, and advice about how to travel around. She personally picked us up from Leonardo da Vinci airport for 45 euros and took us at the end to the much nearer Ciampino airport for 10 euros. For breakfast, we could preorder enormous croissants, and we enjoyed freshly cooked eggs each day. Thank you, Manuela, for looking after us.

Manuela was very helpful in everything, we rarely experience such a high level of hospitality.

Manuela is an amazing Host! She picked me up from the airport only at the fuel price and was very flexible about that. (I asked her just after landing and checking the buses 🙈) She bought cornettos and other pasticceria of my choice- she asked what I want. She did fresh breakfasts herself. There is a beautiful garden behind the house where you can sit and rest. All the equipment in the room works perfectly and the rooms are incredibly clean… I never saw such a clean bathroom in any room. There are even protectors on the ac and tv remote controls. I credibly clean. Great place if you stay in this part of Rome with amazing fresh seafood restaurant and a shop around the corner. Manuela is a very warm person who makes you feel like at home and really cares about her guests.

The host Manuela went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things I liked: breakfast, cleanliness, flexibility in checkout (we could leave our stuff and pick it up at the end of the day)

“Exceptional home and hospitality!”

Everything to be honest. The accommodation felt like a home from home. Manuela, the owner, made me feel very welcome and provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my one day in Rome and the surrounding area. The location is perfect, right on a bus route which runs to the underground station for direct links to the city. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of goodies including home baked cake. I was also able to make myself a cup of tea in the little kitchenette, my first in over two weeks 😁. 10/10 really doesn't do it justice. I will definitely be back and if you are planning a trip to Rome then you should seriously consider staying at Inn Rome B&B. You will not be disappointed! Thanks once again Manuela for your hospitality. 😁 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The B&B was at a level I would expect of a hostel three times the cost that it is. I cannot express how kind and helpful Manuela was throughout the stay, even going so far as to drive me to the doctor when I was unwell and driving us to the train station on out last day. Room was spacious and comfortable with good WiFi, a beautiful balcony, and a clean bathroom and shower. Great breakfast too.

It was a very nice stay. The hostess is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet and pleasant area. We liked the breakfast. There is also a kitchen where you can make your own tea or something like that. The nearest metro station can be quickly reached by bus. Thanks Manuela!

We had a lovely stay, very close to the airport and easy access to the city with the car through the oldest road in Rome. The hostess was extremely helpful, gave us great advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat. Rooms are very clean, and have everything you need for comfortable stay. Will definitely come back if visiting Rome again! :)
