Everything was amazing. Our flight was early in the morning and they helped us get to the AirPort. They had prepared free water and juices and a little breakfast in the morning. The staing was quiet even tho there is a restaurant on the ground, the room was very clean and the staff friendly. Also, the bed was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. We kindly recommend 🤍

Very convenient location. It is 5 minutes away from the airport and a 2 minute walk from Casabianca train station, which is only 2 stops away from Roma Termini. Hotel was clean and has a restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was self service at any time, which is convenient especially when you need to wake up early. Alessandro and M

Alessandro picked us up at the airport for only 10 euros. Only a 5 minute drive. Rooms were comfortable, and we could use the breakfast kitchen to make tea/coffee anytime. The restaurant below was very good but not cheap. Beds were comfortable

Everything was excellent. The owner went above and beyond by personally picking me up from the train station late at night after I missed my train, when no other transport was available. I’m really thankful for that. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off, which is very convenient. Another great touch was the breakfast setup – water, coffee, juice, and snacks were already placed outside, so you can leave anytime and still have breakfast, even very early. The place was super clean, comfortable, and everything was easy and smooth.

We loved everything about F.A.M. ROOMS! Alessandro is an amazing host and takes great care of his guests! He was very helpful, kind, and attentive and guided us clearly when we asked him questions. The property is conveniently located nearby Cassabianca train station which is only three stops away from Termini Train Station where you can make additional connections to take you to where you need to go. Transfer (shuttle) services to and from Ciampino Airport are provided at F.A.M. ROOMS upon request at a very reasonable additional price. Breakfast is included in the price and it offers a wide variety of delicious packaged snack items, such as croissants, toasts, cookies, etc, and also yogurt, coffee/tea and the most delicious cappuccino! The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, super clean, with comfy beds and soft white towels. There is a restaurant beside F.A.M. ROOMS which provides delicious, fresh, authentic Italian meals. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the spacious tterrace and the overall quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The only thing that some guests might be surprised about is seeing the airplanes flying to and from the nearby Ciampino Airport. For us, this gave the property an additional charm and attraction.

The position is ideal if you have to catch a flight, probably the closest place to the airport, five minutes driving. Very clear, flexible and punctual check-in, prompt communication with the host. Big room and bathroom (with bidet). Self (quite minimal) breakfast, enough if you don't have much time. Parking place just downstairs.
