“The dream house !!!”

Taylor was an exceptional host. The house was super clean, and you will find absolutely everything you need. Taylor gave us a lot of information about Churchill, where to go what to see, all the rules regarding the bears... yes, because they live with them in town and around. We also really appreciate the fact that we were able to be back at the house after our long day out on the tundra and use the facilities and cook before hoping on the night train. He also allowed us to store our luggage for this last day, without fees. All of this kindness was a big plus for us. If one day we come back to Churchill, we will stay at The Sarah's dreamhouse for sure!!! Thanks again, Taylor.

This is a good-value guesthouse/hostel (shared with the owners' family), aimed partially at Chinese tourists. The proprietor, Sarah, is SUPER nice, and the room and common areas are very clean. There's a nice porch area for viewing the aurora. Everything in Churchill is really close together, so it doesn't really matter that this property is a bit far away (and it's close to the Lazy Bear Lodge, which does amazing food). Also, I highly recommend the owners' food truck!

Taylor, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. He picked me up at the airport, dropped me at my tour and gave me access to the bathroom at the end of the day before dropping me at the train. He gave me lots of information about the local area. My bed was comfortable, the b&b was warm inside and the shared bathrooms and kitchen areas were kept very clean. And breakfast was included.

“Staying at Sarah's Dreamhouse was awesome, very comfortable.”

Location was fine, saw Aurora off the deck. Taylor picked us up from the Train Station on arrival, dropped us to the Airport when we left, and if anyone had booked activities that didn't pick you up outside Sarah's Dreamhouse he would drive you to the designated pickup point. He also had a car you could rent if you wanted to drive yourself around. Churchill is small and you can walk anywhere in 20 minutes. Everyone who lives there knows everyone else, only 800 locals. They are very friendly and helpful, just like all the Canadians we have met on our trip. Went on Discover Churchill day trip in 4wd drive van, highly recommended, Dave was awesome and found us bears and showed us other local attractions. Two vans work in tandem with cb radio communication looking for bears.

It felt like a home away from home. Very cosey. Taylor and Sarah are great hosts and very welcoming. They were also situated on a quieter side of town but still it only took 10min to get to convenience store and activities. I would also recommend to checkout their food truck and its parked outside the Northern convenience store.

“Cozy, friendly, accommodating, clean, and comfortable environment.”

Fair price, and a friendly environment of other travelers in the lodging. Breakfast being provided was a nice touch, and cost saver.

My wife and I had been travelling across Canada for 6 weeks when we got to Churchill and Sarah's Dream House B&B. We'd been staying largely in big hotels with luxury rooms. Sarah's provided something quite different and very lovely. We were met at the airport by Sarah and driven to the guesthouse. While the room was small it was clean and comfortable and while bathroom facilities were shared it worked well. Sarah's husband, Taylor, runs a boat tour service in the summer providing Beluga Whale tours, but also was on hand for airport transfers and drop-offs when there were potentially polar bears around in the early mornings. If you're looking for 5* luxury Sarah's is not for you, but as a B&B with good clean comfortable facilities I can thoroughly recommend it. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We left a couple of days ago and I just managed to download the drone video of the Beluga Whales that Taylor took on our tour - Fantastic.

Taylor the owner, very kind and accommodating. Still allowed to use the facilities - showers, common room, kitchen even though technically checked out, while waiting to leave for train. Provided transfer to and from the train. Always checking in with guests to ensure everything is ok. Breakfast included.

The location is ideal for a B & B, and the simple complimentary breakfast is acceptable. There is a well-equipped kitchen available for use by guests who may come from different places in Canada and around the world. The proprietors also offer free pickups and dropoffs at the train station. In addition, there are also a couple of vehicles for rental at the property. Overall, we were happy with our stay there, and so we would stay again if we have another chance to return to Churchill in the future.
