“Great stay in convenient location”

Older hotel in the middle town but rooms were decent. Great location for all the food markets. If you are there on Friday or Saturday the food markets out the front to the left over the bridge are fabulous. Great room size, beds a little firm and if you don’t like the pillow ask them to change. Great Thai leaning breakfast with some unusual selections to try. Staff very obliging with any request and provided a free transfer to the train station.

The breakfast is a huge plus, the staff are friendly and it is a good place for a one night stop over.

It was a handy stop for the night before catching the ferry to Koh Tao. 7/11 just around the corner, a short walk to the street food market. The hotel was ok, clean and comfortable enough for 1 night. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early. I probably wouldn't stay here for more than one night,

Stayed two days at the hotel as a base to go islands on the Lomprayah ferry this hotel is a go to definitely….

Absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived it was impressive. The gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful, efficient, friendly and completely on the ball. The room is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, well designed and extremely comfortable. Proper toiletries, fridge, safe, two bottles of water, everything you need. The air conditioning works properly, which in Thailand is no small thing. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. An excellent variety and all fresh. The coffee was machine made and very good, but what made it even better was the service. One of the waiters asked what we’d like and brought it to the table each time. There is also a lovely, secluded pool with comfortable sunbeds. The water looked crystal clear and very inviting. The whole place feels well run and welcoming. The staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were superb. Friendly, good fun, courteous and genuinely attentive.

We booked the presidential suite which was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, big TV, bathrobes, nice towels, air conditioning and the swimming pool.

Nice pool, great little restaurant next door which I think is part of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and a nice surprise with the coffee barista. Good hotel for a night stay.

Good location close to local food market and walking distance to railway station and night market. Staff where very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast array. Value for money.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and professional service at reception. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool area was great, and the secure parking was a big plus. The breakfast was superb with a great selection – we highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect, stayed for 4 nights, amazing breakfast, very large and clean swimming pool, attentive and friendly staff, what else could you ask for? Will definitely stay there again next time.

“BEST HOTEL EVER”

We’ve stayed in I don’t know how many hotels in Thailand and this is simply the best. Absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived it was impressive. As we pulled into the drive a lady came straight out with a trolley and took our bags. The gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful and within minutes had arranged our ferry and bus transfer for tomorrow. Efficient, friendly and completely on the ball. The room is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, well designed and extremely comfortable. Proper toiletries, fridge, safe, two bottles of water, everything you need. The air conditioning works properly, which in Thailand is no small thing. The bed was very comfortable. One pillow was a little firm for my liking, but that’s personal preference and, as we discovered later, they will happily change pillows if you ask. That says it all. Breakfast was outstanding. An excellent variety and all fresh. I had chicken curry with sticky rice which was absolutely delicious. My wife had a freshly cooked omelette from the egg station. The coffee was machine made and very good, but what made it even better was the service. One of the waiters asked what we’d like and brought it to the table each time. I had three cups and on the third, just for fun, he served it in a lovely golden cup. A small touch, but a great one. Thank you. There is also a lovely, secluded pool with comfortable sunbeds. The water looked crystal clear and very inviting. We only dipped a toe in and it was beautifully warm. Sadly we were staying just one night so didn’t get to use it properly. Next time, perhaps. The whole place feels well run and welcoming. The staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were superb. Friendly, good fun, courteous and genuinely attentive. Our only regret is that we were staying just one night. We could easily have stayed longer. If I could give 15 out of 10 I would. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.
