Located in central Christchurch, Southwark Apartments offer modern studios with a kitchenette and spacious apartments. All rooms have Netflix, unlimited free WIFI and a heat pump (excluding our compact studios) for all the modern comforts you could need during your stay. All accommodation have access to a large communal kitchen with full oven/hob and SkyTv. Laundry facilities are also available and reception is open 24-hours. Southwark is a 5-minute walk from Hagley Park and all the great shopping and restaurants on Cashel Street. Christchurch International Airport is an easy 20-minute drive away.

“Great to know about this accommodation so close to the new stadium”
It was perfect for us and our three children. The unit was comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed. A great location and a safe carpark too. The staff were lovely as well!

The hotel is in a great location in Central Christchurch. As the city continues to redevelop more and more is within walking distance of the hotel. Great eating and shopping nearby and transport links are just around the corner. The rooms have everything you need in general and are clean and comfortable.
