“Amazing experience”

The hotel is very nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. First it wasn’t easy to find the hotel but they are reachable via WhatsApp and WeChat and even picked me up. They also helped me to organise some tours. It’s a bit outside but in a nice and lively location and easy to get around. I’ll definitely would come back

The room was spacious, very bright, and clean. It was well-equipped with everything you might need (towels, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, etc.). The double bed was extremely soft and comfortable, and the bedding was of good quality and smelled fresh. The room also had a terrace with tables and chairs, offering a nice view. The room was cleaned every day in the late morning or early afternoon; the trash was emptied, and fresh towels were provided. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate area around the hotel. There are several tea houses, cafés, and supermarkets (including a Lawson that is open at night). The neighborhood is quiet at night, and there is no noticeable noise from nearby roads. It also feels safe after dark, and on the way toward the metro station you can find many restaurants and entertainment venues that stay open late. The reception staff do not speak English, but they are very helpful, and communication was easy using a translation app.

Perhaps one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a simple hotel—nothing fancy—but what makes it special is the staff. They didn’t speak a word of English, but that didn’t matter at all. Their hospitality was so exceptional that I almost felt like I was staying at a luxury resort. They go above and beyond to help with any request. The breakfast was reasonable, and the room was quite spacious. The location is a bit far from the city, but there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. The metro is just a 5–10 minute walk away and the hotel is very close to the airport. The two girls at the reception deserve special mention for their amazing hospitality.

While this hotel is a little hard to find it is a little gem. The staff who don't speak a lot of English are very proficient with translation apps. The reception staff are amazing, helped me with directions, brought afternoon coffee to my room with a snack, did my laundry in the morning and returned it to my room in the afternoon for free. Made coffee for my breakfast. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and retail shops nearby. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place.
