Great location and rooms are clean and spacious. Check-in was fast and efficient and the check-in staff were friendly. We had a small toilet problem which was immediately solved and the next day they even sent us some snacks as an apology. Great service and would definitely stay here again.

Location, cleanliness and ataff

The best hotel on Chongqing. Buffet dinner was exceptional. Rooms were excellent. Fantastic View. Black out automatic blinds gave a a dark room for good sleeping.

The hotel building itself is impressive and the location inside Raffles City offers beautiful views of the river and Chongqing skyline. I booked a King Classic River View room, and the view from the high floor was genuinely spectacular. The skyline and river view are stunning, and the room itself was comfortable and well maintained. We also spent several hours at the live music bar, where two performers were singing popular songs throughout the evening. The atmosphere there was genuinely enjoyable and it was one of the highlights of the stay.

Excellent location in Raffles City with impressive views and easy access to shops, restaurants, and the riverside area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the room was comfortable for our family. Staff were generally polite and the property is in a fantastic position for exploring Chongqing.

“Perfect in every aspect”

Room is spacious and clean. Gym is great. Wide variety of breakfast. I visited the Chinese restaurant “Jing” twice during the 4-night stay as food is really excellent. Location is perfect and with the best view of Chongqing. In addition to all of the above-mentioned, the service is the key that makes the stay easy, comfortable and memorable. Staff are friendly, proactive, attention to details. All Customer facing staff speak good English. Highly recommend staying here 🥰

my family and i had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and comfortable. very spacious and you can feel the lux in this hotel. the staffs were friendly and helpful. they also gave a champagne for my parents birthday which we were incredibly thankful for this gesture. the breakfast options were great, from chongqing cuisine to western cuisine.
