I pulled the bottom sheet down while pulling down the duvet down when getting into bed and the mattress protector sheet was covered in head hair, pubic hair and was filthy and covered in minute black things I hope were not mites. I checked in about 1.30 in the morning and it was too late to complain. I took a video of the dirty sheet if you would wish to see it. It was disgusting. Regards, Neville Duke.

The manageress is a lovely lady and was more than happy to resolve our issue. Hotel directly opposite a lovely park which was a great space to walk our dogs. Good selection for breakfast and all was freshly prepared.

Very clean, everything we needed was there, room service every day (including weekends), coffee in reception 24hrs, all fittings and fixtures are in good order, some things that we are use to in British b&b and hotels were simply not available, but I have stayed in France in different places before, towel rail, iron and hair dryer just simply do not come as standard, for us location was very important. We did not need shops, restaurants, parks nor petrol station, but all three are literally next door to the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful, knowledgeable and tries to assist with any query.

Great location, close to city, magnificent market halls and opposite a lovely public park. Nice size, airy rooms, the mattress was fabulous, really comfortable. Very accomodating of our dog, good value for a "budget" hotel. Cheerful helpful staff.
