Overview

Chable Resort & Spa is situated in Chocholá, 35 km from Mérida. The resort has an outdoor pool and sun terrace, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Free WiFi is provided and free private parking is available on site. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, private pool and terrace to relax. A terrace or patio are featured in certain rooms. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bathrobes and slippers. There is a 24-hour front desk, spa and gift shop at the property. You can play tennis at this resort, and the area is popular for cycling. The resort also offers free use of bicycles. The nearest airport is Aeropuerto Manuel Crescencio Rejón Airport, 29 km from Chable Resort and Spa. Chable Yucatán will begin to reopen with extensive safety measures such as maintaining physical distancing, increased hygiene and sanitization measures throughout the properties, and enhanced food, personal safety, and service procedures. These efforts will be enhanced by our properties' low density, privacy, and secluded accommodations that each guest will enjoy during their stay. There are at least 10 meters /33 ft. of separation between each Casita or Villa, and the resort hosts up to 80 guests at Chable Yucatan. This means that guests can safely be on social distance, even when the property is at full capacity. Social Distancing & Guest Contact: To help alleviate the risk of person-to-person transmission, Chable Yucatan is spread in 750 acres; more than enough privacy for all our guests in 40 casitas and villas. All guest casitas and villas as well as public areas offer open spaces with ample fresh air and privacy. In addition, we have re-arranged furniture and layouts at our venues to allow more personal space. Sanitization and Hygienic Standards: We have added hand sanitizing at strategic points; fitness center and restaurants venues. Our staff have also undergone stringent sanitizing training courses, including personal hygiene, washing, and disinfecting uniforms, and will follow strict measures during their work shift. Guest Areas: In addition to having information readily available about the hotel's hygiene and sanitary measures, guests will receive recommendations on how to stay healthy during their stay. We increased our frequency of disinfecting common areas and casitas or villas; we also disinfect with steam-based processes and biodegradable to guarantee the sanitization of sheets, towels and table linens. We are making daily hygiene and disinfection records and ensuring the proper management of each process. Enhanced technologies: We have added ozone generators, which are a hospital-grade method to deeply sanitize spaces. These ozone generators are used to safely and unobtrusively disinfect guest rooms, lobbies, gyms and other public areas. This method eradicates bacteria, viruses and other allergens. After just some time after the operation, guests can enjoy fresh air and germ-free rooms. Food Safety & Service: We have added enhanced sanitation guidelines and training for all team members through a Serve Safe certification that includes hygiene and disinfecting practices as well as safe food preparation and service practices. Food and beverage operations are continuously required to meet our food safety standards. We have also revised our cleanliness, operational and hygiene practices to comply with health and travel advisories and government orders on Covid-19. We have modified the service hours to reduce the capacity of our food & beverage venues. In Villa Dining service has been revised and reinforced, as this will likely be a popular choice for guests. Spa & Fitness Center Facilities: We have added to our already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces, treatment rooms, spa tools, furniture and fitness center equipment are thoroughly treated with hospital-grade disinfectants at both properties. This cleaning is done with increased frequency. At Chable Yucatan, our 3,500 square meter/ 11,500 ft. spa provides 10,000 square meters / 107,700 ft. of open-air space. As always, we will fully sanitize all treatment spaces for each service with clean sanitized linens, towels, robes, sandals, etc. Our spa team has also undergone enhanced sanitation training. At the Fitness Center, all equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each guest's use. We also provide appropriate sanitation materials for guest use. Our Security staff will be monitoring and taking body temperature to all co-workers and if a member of our staff is above normal temperature, will be sent back home or to a hospital to be checked, and will not return until they are cleared. Lastly, all our guests will be taken body temperatures at check in too. At Chablé Yucatán we take all the wellbeing of our guest and colleagues very seriously, while at the same time we allow them to disconnect and reconnect with nature and all those beautiful things in the world that make us smile, that make us Redefine Wellness.

Amazing experience!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were amazing. Food was off the charts. Service was outstanding. If I was to be critical the only two things I’d say are 1) the location is very remote - so if you want to explore you need to rent a car. 2) the power went out a few times and the noise of the generators on site can be loud. But at least they are there and work. I would definitely go back having said all of that

Beautiful hacienda with the warmest welcome

Stunning resort - the site is extremely peaceful, with thoughtful reuse of historic details, and the villas feel very private. Bicycles and the early morning coffee are a lovely touch. Staff were more than attentive especially when it came to proactively finding out personal preferences, which were executed beautifully. Concierge superb.

Luxurious

The property is impeccable, beautifully manicured, nice facilities, abundant fauna and a wealth of plants . The casitas are absolutely marvelous, the attention to detail, cleanliness makes it hands down one of the best hotels we have been to. The use of bikes is a fun quirk too to explore the grounds. the food was delicious (we tried both restaurants and actually preferred the taste and variety in Ki’Ol). The golf course and tennis courts were nice (close to the deer sanctuary)

Extraordinary experience!

Everything about this hacienda was absolutely stunning; the main house, the casitas, cycling around the gardens, the spa. In the evening the property was beautifully lit up with stunning uplighters and torches illuminating the extraordinary estate. But it was the staff that really made the difference - utterly charming.

the best hotel we have done in Mexico

+ : - Best hotel we have done in Mexico so far - Located in a former hacienda, the common areas are breathtaking - An incredible mix of old and new done by the architects that give you joy everywhere you go - property is huge and we loved in when running in the property during the morning, encountering deers, hundreds of birds, squirrels, koatis… - Villas are just fantastic - pools are perfectly heated - the standard restaurant is delicious - We loved to use our bikes in this huge property - The General Manager / owner always come to see you and make sure that you will enjoy your stay and that everything is perfect, and that’s really something you can feel, all the staff lead by this kind of management is trying to do the extra mile and I really mean everyone. From the gardeners to the housekeepers, from the General Managers to the waiters, all the staff is extraordinary, ultra professional, it was like an awaken dream! - location is amazing, from Celestun national park to Uxmal or Merida, there are so many thing to see / do departing from the hotel Regarding the negative points, there are none, Ok the nights are expensive, but it definitely worth it. We really wish we could have stay longer!!! But one thing is for sure, when we’ll come back in Mexico, we’ll come back in Chable Yucatan!!!
