This is a super apartment and just like a home from home. It is luxurious and very nicely presented with perfect little touches to make it homely. Yiota, our host, is a lovely lady who goes out of her way to make your stay perfect and she’s always available if you have any queries. Looking forward to going back next year.

Exceptional Stay – Feels Like Home! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed — from quality appliances to small thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine in the fridge. We loved spending the evening on the balcony with a sea view. There were even board games, beach towels, and all the essentials for both the bathroom and laundry. The host welcomed us warmly and was available for any questions. We also received great personal recommendations for restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, cozy, and ready for a perfect vacation. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

“Amazing apartment for you vacation in Paphos!”

We had an amazing vacation at Yiota's apartment! Perfect and highly recommended for families! Yiota met us at the property for early check-in, kindly presented all facilities and recommended restaurants and activities nearby. It was exciting to discover groceries in the fridge and also a bottle of wine as a compliment. The apartment was great, the pool was almost private - just one time we saw there other tourists. We really felt at home! Thanks to Yiota who even helped us to solve a problem with car rental company. Amazing host!

The home was just spacious and homely. Yiota and Ellie home had everything you need. From all the information they provide, booklets on places to eat, see and even local taxi info. The Ac was a life saver as it gets very hot! The balcony was the best place to have breakfast in the mornings and to just enjoy the breeze. They are beautiful people who made our stayed that much more relaxed. They went above and beyond to provide breakfast, teas and fruits for us. We were walking distance from the bus stop which takes you in town and to the beach, which was so convenient and coming home late nights we used their recommended taxi services which was very affordable and reliable. I could not recommend this property enough, a must stay for anyone visiting!

“The best accommodation in Cyprus”

Absolutely the best accommodation in Cyprus. Beautiful new clean spacious apartment with great views and covered parking. A very nice hostess who welcomed us, explained everything to us and willingly gave us restaurant tips. We even had basic food in the fridge, so we didn't have to deal with shopping right away. The accommodation had everything you could think of. We felt like we were at home.

Yiota, our host, made sure our stay went smoothly - from contacting us prior arrival, giving us a short tour upon checking in, etc. She even provided us with some breakfast items and local fruit as a welcoming package, a gesture which we found useful. Air-conditioning in all rooms, including the living space and kitchen, was spot on. Very helpful for Paphos's weather conditions. The view from the balcony was nice and you could observe both the sea-coast line of Paphos as well as the city. Covered parking space was also appreciated.

Everything was excelent!! The feeling was that just came back home! We found everything, what is needed, even some food for breakfast. The aparta ment is very close to city centre, there are a lot beautifull beaches just few minutes ride.

Apartment is spacious, spotless clean and provide everything which we needed for our comfortable stay. The view from the terrace is a bonus :-) The hosts Yota and Ellie are very kind and caring, communication with them was very easy and clear. They provided some complimentary food, drinks, fruit, coffee, and vine upon our arrival, also availability of basic toiletries and washing gel was very useful. Cleaning including change of the bedding and towels was provided as well. We also appreciated earlier check in and later check out which was very convenient.

The host was waiting for us in the apartment, although it was a bit late in the evening. Some basic food was provided. Apartments are located in a quiet place. Equipment was exactly as described, clean and sufficient for a family. Large balcony with nice view. Parking place in a shade.

Very high care for details, everything in the apartment is thoughtfully arranged to maximize the guests' comfort. Communication with the host has always been prompt and very friendly, and they allowed us an early check-in. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The view from the private balcony is definitely a highlight, great for intimate dinners.

If you want to feel like at home this accommodation is for you. The apartment is located in a very nice complex which also includes a swimming pool and sunbeds, pool is mostly without any people. Bus stop 615 is nearby, which takes you everywhere you need in the city or to the surrounding beaches (Venus beach, Vrexi beach, Coral bay). The apartment is very clean, furnished with nice furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and everything you need to cook a proper meal. You will also find something from Ellie&Yiota, such as wine, water and coffee. In the bathroom you will find a clothes rack, an ironing board and an iron, as well as towels and beach towels. There is also a functional air conditioner in the entire apartment. The TV includes netflix, but you probably won't need it, since you have a beautiful view of the sea from the spacious terrace. Ellie and Yiota are always available if you have any problems or have any questions about life in Paphos. This accommodation is really worth every euro.

Yota and Ellie were amazing, first by phone and then in person! What a wonderful welcome to Cyprus! The apartment is beautifully decorated and super comfortable with gorgeous views. Also Ellie & Yota prepared some things for us to cook on the first days. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Cyprus! The care given made the whole experience much more special!
