This was exactly what we needed after a 2 week trek in the mountains. We were able to completely relax and unwind due to the spacious luxury rooms, accommodating staff and the ability to lounge and cool off by the pool all day. The proximity to the game reserve made it easy to partake in a game drive. Even though we were in the secluded calm of the resort, access to the vibrant town was no more than a 10 minute drive away.

Excellent location and beautiful design. Looking out to the community forest over breakfast was a highlight. Saw lots of beautiful birds, jackal and peacocks from the comfort of the lodge style resort while sipping coffee. Service was brilliant and attentive. Mr Prakash the manager made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

A relatively new property in the traditional safari style. Beautiful well tended gardens. Flowers and singing birds all around. The main focus is Jeep safaris as an optional extra for a half or full day. Canoe safaris with a very knowledgeable ornithologist guide. Baby crocodiles in the river as well as rhinos. A peaceful float along the quiet of the river. Option to eat and drink in an a/c restaurant or under a fan on a beautiful terrace overlooking the Chitwan National Park

“Fantastic stay!”

Everything was fantastic! The bungalows are modern and spacious, with a private balcony. The pool is great to relax. Food in the restaurant is very good. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We did the full day safari & canoe ride, we loved both experiences. And you have a nice view from the balcony of the restaurant.

Excellent clean facilities, staff were fantastic and very willing to help, they also booked us on a full day safari and canoe trip, with two Excellent guides and we also managed to see a Tiger , for the luxury and helpfulness this was great value for money. We highly recommend it .

Stunning Hotel right next to Chitwan National Park. Spacious and extremely comfortable room, crisp bedding and amazing pillows. Large bathtub and outdoor shower. Staff were wonderful, always smiling and courteous and happy to help. The food in the restaurant was very very good and the service was excellent. The pool area was beautiful. We took a private safari with the Hotel Guide and he was very knowledgeable and ensured that we saw a lot of wildlife and birds. I cannot recommend this Hotel enough and will definitely return.

Great stay!! Hotel was lovely, very comfortable and in a beautiful, quiet location. Food was good, staff very attentive and went over and beyond to ensure we had a very pleasant stay. The area around the hotel is rural with local communities and it was great to walk around this area. We did a day safari and we had a wonderful experience and even managed to see a male tiger - walking towards our jeep. It was just amazing!! I would really recommend this hotel, location and especially the staff - they were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you everyone at Banbas Resort we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you!

Everything. Very helpful, kind and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist you. The rooms are amazing and very comfortable and stylish with everything provided for. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff very generous to us. The safari trip to the Community Park was really great with fantastic guides who were very well informed about all the wildlife including the birds. Hanging out in the pool a great way to relax.

The villas are mostly spread around the small pond which is a nice setting, many birds around the property itself, restaurant is decent with good wine options. Away from the masses.

The food was delicious, the grounds a delight, we watched a rhino in the park while we were eating our lunch on the terrace, elephants & their riders were walking past the hotel down the road, kingfishers flying over the water hole in the centre of the grounds. The staff were so lovely and professional. Our stay was gorgeous.

Quiet and out the way meant it was a good place for nature spotting. Pool was amazing, good food and the rooms were nice! I’d stay here again for sure!

This is a great hotel to stay in Chitwan. Fantastic rooms, great restaurant,it was the best food i ate in Nepal . The staff are all first class, especially the manager hes brilliant & good fun too . The trips they arranged for me where really good & value for money too I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who want to visit Chitwan national Park.

Fabulous location. Right next to the safari park. The rooms are large and well appointed. Loos are spacious and well equipped. Pool, breakfast and common areas are beautiful! I wish I had stayed for longer.

Very good resort hotel. Very clean and very cosy. It is near to the Nationalpark. They offer tours with fair prices. The food at the restaurant is delicious. All the stuff is friendly and help if you had the need for. We saw a traditional dancing show which was very interesting. When we arrived, we got a small flower and a good juice.
