“Stay was very bad.”
Blanket was wet, dirty, used and full of mouldy. Air conditioning not working.

Breakfaat was superb. Staff behaviour was excellent. Well decorated. Spacious dining. Nice rooftop. Noise free in spite of being at busy area. No mosquito found. Need to keep it up.

Everything, I loved it here. Booked an extra couple of nights i loved it so much. The staff were so kind and really helped me with my special dietary requirements. I would definitely come here again

The staff very friendly and helpful, hotel location and our room very nice and clean...just for suggestions if possible please provide your guest iron and iton board in the rooms.. Overall our stay we are happy and looking forward to stay again for near future tq..

The hotel staff was excellent, especially the reception team, whom helped me a lot to get an early check-in despite not having any message from booking.com team. Local booking.com team didn't forward my early check-in request to the facility. But the hotel team supported me to have the room.

“I am satisfied but needs renovation I believe”
Breakfast as good, mainly bangladeshi cuisine. I really loved behavior of the staff and they always served and conversed with a positive and helpful attitude. Security guards were also extremely helpful with the car parking facilities and served any help that was needed.
