I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the host Mr. Iftekhar was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a cozy living space. It felt just like home, and I truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely book here again for my next trip.

The staff at the penthouse were extremely polite and gentle, always ready to assist with a smile. The owner was very caring and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. While there isn’t an in-house dining facility, it was easy to either order food online or step out to nearby restaurants. The overall environment of the penthouse was peaceful, well-maintained, and felt safe. With its spacious rooms, good amenities, and warm hospitality, it’s a wonderful option for anyone visiting Chattogram.

It should be cleaned properly. AC is not working properly. That's it. Over all other things were excellent..

The owner and caretaker were very helpful and generous. The location is convenient, and the building is secure. The rooftop garden attached to the apartment is on another level—a great place to relax after a long day. I'll definitely look forward to staying here on my next visit to Chittagong.

I liked everything about this house. The location, the views, the amenities, the staff and the experience. I almost felt like the king of the hill on the penthouse of the tallest building in the area. This is definitely going to be my place to crash if I ever find myself again in Chittagong.

The location was excellent, accessible around the N1 main road and easy to dive into the city with TukTuks. The apartment was truly fantastic, very open on the top floor with great views from the rooftop garden, I say garden because it is full of trees flowers and plants. 1 main bedroom with double bed and desk. The second room is the living room, the sofa is very comfortable with enough space to perhaps accommodate two or 3 travellers if needed on each section. Tv with Netflix and YouTube for relaxing. WiFi was strong. Kitchen was small but had the essentials including a fridge and kettle. Large table for dinner. The family were welcoming and attentive. They cooked us dinner one evening and it was the best food in Bangladesh I promise. Very good communication, the main comms were with the son in Canada, but this was very easy. We used PayPal effectively to pay for our stay. Two of us stayed here, You won’t get a better location or experience for the money.

The view from the apartment is very nice, and it is very large and comfortable. It's nice to have a kitchen.
