“A very restful stay”
The room was perfect for my solo stay. Extremely clean! Friendly staff! Able to park my car with reservation. Laundry available! Allowed me to store my luggage when I stayed with them on another later date. Extremely responsive to my enquiries online. Highly recommended!

“Perfect for a one night stop over”
The dorm room was clean, quiet, nicely laid out and the bathroom was exceptional with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner if a high quality with a good bath.

“Layover stay”
The room was very specious and the beds were really nice and comfy. Also the bathroom was huge. Very comfortable and easy access to the bus station for the airport.

“Chitose overnight stay on the way to Niseko”
Clean tidy and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and close to the airport. There is a local.bus service to the airport, but we used taxis.

“Very comfortable stay and close to airport”
Very easy to find hotel in Chitose close to the airport. We arrived late, I messaged the hotel on booking and received an instant response assuring us no check in problems would be had. Room was imaculately clean and there were even pyjamas set out for both of us. For the price we paid, the value exceeded this for sure.
