There's not much positive to say. I've made an honest review on Google about this hotel.

My stay did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. There is no elevator, which made it difficult to carry luggage to the room. Basic amenities were missing: no bottled water, glasses, or cups were provided, and guests must use a water cooler at reception. The room was very small and poorly laid out—I had to close the bathroom door to access the desk. Cleanliness was also a concern, as I encountered insects (looked like small cockroaches) in the room and on a towel. There was also an unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink. Finally, a generator outside the room ran at night, creating significant noise and disrupting sleep. Overall, the hotel falls short in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities.

It is a good hotel in the old city of Chisinau. Coffee shoos and restaurants around, in a walking distance. Breakfast is pretty good at the hotel.
