“Beacon for travellers near a god forsaken lake”
- lucky encounter with the owner, he gave us a lift for the last few kilometres - everything was so insanely clean and organized in the best way possible - traditional sleeping on futons (we sleep like this also at our home and here we had really good night sleep)

25 minute walk to royal hill snow resort 25 minute bus ride to Kurumayama snow resort clean, spacious with very good service They will help you organise bento box dinner if you wont cook dinner.

Love the ambience of the property. A bit olden but complete with the necessary facilities. Good breakfast included. The hosts were very hands on and Mr Nomura-san is just the kindest. He treated us as more than just guests. Our rental car got stuck in the snow in the middle of the night and Mr Nomura helped us get back to the hotel safely and even arranged for the tow truck. This is at 1am in the middle of winter. Thanks for helping.

The view from the hotel is amazing. Shirakabako Lake is really beautiful so it's great that it's walking distance from the hotel. There are lots to do and see near the lake.

It is quite close to the bus station,and with a well equipped kitchen. The room and public area are very clean and tidy. Great stay choice for those who plan to travel around Shirakabako.

“Great stay near the lake!”
Hosts were very kind and helpful, facilities were great, and the place was very spacious. Breakfast was nice and they offered a free bicycle ride which was fun to go around the lake. Great location for lake access, would recommend!
