Cozy, roomy. Perfect for backbagging traveling. Had parking for a car accross the street and info about it in the lobby.

It was a very large room and perfect for 5 people. The location was also very good and close to the train station.

We had to leave as it was not safe/private. There was a plastic bag taped over the door in our room leading to the outside common area where the glass had broken. Pictures on add aren’t truthful. Fire pit area not useable as there was too much construction going on outside. Messaged the property regarding our concerns with no response.

Loved the atmosphere of this Ryokan in Chino. I was so happy to have made this stop. Facilities are clean. Loved the opportunity to open up the sliding doors of the spacious rooms and have a BBQ outside. The sake bar and the "pour your own" options was a treat. I wish I booked more than one night. The owner and staff were very accommodating and friendly and eager to visit with us when we sat in the lounge.
