When booking the room I requested a partial water veiw. What I ended up with was a parking lot veiw next to the elevator. When I tried discussing this with the front desk supervisor Danielle, I was met with someone who would not listen and was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Fortunately after requesting to speak to the manager I was able to rectify the situation. This by all means did not start our weekend get away off to a great start.
