“Very clean, great location, secure parking and easy communication with our host.”
It was spotlessly clean, we had easy access to secure parking in the building and could walk to dinner and breakfast options.

“Great value for money, rude host and tedious process”
The host is very rude, he didn't like that I called him (Booking says one can call him), told me off assuming I hadn't read a message that I got 10 minutes after I talked to him. Finding the parking lot took us 15 min (there are no signals once you enter) and first you have to drive around to find the entrance and then call the receptionist of the building who was super nice but has nothing to do with the rental. Had I known this in advance I'd have looked for another place to stay as I was super tired after hours of driving. Also bank transference is required to pay (again something you don't get to know in advance, before booking).

The apartment is modern, clean, and minimally equiped. It has air conditioning, heating, and a hot water heater that provides instant hot water for the two showers. The beds are comfortable, there is a nice view from the balcony.
