Nice hotel just across the border. Perfect for me as I wanted to leave early and crossed the border the night before. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

“Good place for a quiet stay away from other centres of activities”
Breakfast was adequate, but dinners were very good. Staff were very helpful and in great to relax with a drink in front of a roaring fire in the evenings

Make sure you check the currency rate before paying at the checkout. The best way to pay is in dollar and cash. We payed 20% more by paying in chilenian pesos with a credit card.

“Amazing staff”
The place had a relaxed atmosphere and the staff, mainly Victoria, was amazing. Victoria went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is right by the border which is great in case you get stuck waiting in line to cross.

The staff, Victoria and the receptionist in particular, were very helpful, gave excellent recommendations for a visit to Jeinimeni park, and did their very best to accommodate our change of plans.

“OK!”
Breakfast was getting better every morning - It was said that it is "American Breakfast" First day it was bread, eggs, butter, marmelade, coffee, tea, chocolate bread etc. Second day they added pancakes + fruits and third day they added juice and yoghurt. So the breakfast was nice! The staff was really pleasent and helpful! Wi-Fi worked normally and you can even get some phone signal in the hotel from time-to-time - in Chile Chico it was 4G all the time. Border crossing is only 2 minutes away by walking distance - so really easy to cross the border.
