“Excellent, very cooperative and helpful staff”
Only discomfort was the breakfast which was not hot,but cold when served especially Dosa,idli. Do keep an option of variety of breakfast for vegetarians.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at NILAWIN. There are many new things added. Brand new swimming pool with 100% natural environment (surrounding) which I have seen only in luxury resorts in Barli. Food is really good specially authentic Sri Lankan. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Compared to room rates in Sri Lanka NILAWIN is the only place where I can recommend as value for money( because hotels in Sri Lanka are much expensive) NILAWIN is the only place where you can enjoy your stay in chilaw area with such a calm and relaxing environment.

We stayed at this hotel during our recent visit to Sri Lanka and have no regrets about choosing this location. It is very close to Chilaw town and at a reasonable distance from Negombo. The customer service was exceptional, and they were committed to making our stay comfortable. The accommodation was comfortable, and the hotel had impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. It is excellent value for the price paid, exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended for future travelers.

- Too many staffs, so they keep on asking samethings overlapped one each another ... - The corridor has got no carpet covered, so when other customer group walking/bringing something around corridor, noisy due to hauling, reflected by bare wall.

“Wonderful lagoon experience in Chilaw”
It’s amazing place to stay in Chilaw-Sri Lanka. I never expected such a good lagoon front hotel in Chilaw. Rooms are almost new , staff is very friendly. Authentic Sri Lankan and western food,both are very good. Fresh lagoon fish was my favorite. I would like to recommend this place without any hesitation. I would give them 10 out of 10 . Cheers
