The host was wonderfully warm and extremely helpful. We had to check-in very late and he waited uncomplainingly and helped us find out way to the property. He even helped us with free luggage storage after our check-out as we waited for our bus. The breakfast coupons were a very nice touch. And the bakery/cafe downstairs was also delightful. The location was very convenient, both from the University and the station.

The location was very good, close to the University. Also close to the train station and bus station to go to Chieti. The room was clean and the owner was very helpful and friendly. I would suggest this property to anyone.
