“Loved our poolside room!”
The beautiful lights around the pool at night were awesome. Food at the restaurant was plentiful and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful . We are an eight hour drive away but would do it in a heartbeat just to stay here

The TV did not work, I believe that the internet was not strong enough for the TV to buffer and the shows kept turning off in the middle of a program. They were out of cookies both evenings we stayed. Not a big deal but that is what Doubletree is famous for.

“We had a wonderful time, the hotel is near my other daughter's homes and I always stay there.”
Every staff person, except one woman in the dining area, were friendly and helpful. When we asked for towels, they were brought promptly and when my son and his wife needed plates and utensils, they were brought also.

“Hilton should invest in updating this property”
Room very comfortable and clean. Overall property and facilities very dated and unimpressive, needs updating. Staff is very friendly. But you can hear from your room staff pushing carts and making noise throughout the night and morning. Investment in quiet rolling carts would be a good idea. Hallways very acoustic.
