“Tropical garden experience in a mayan village”

I enjoyed very much staying with Luis in his Mayan bungalow in a real life mayan village. You will find a bungalow with everything you need for your stay (no TV but did not miss it a all) set in a jungle like environment full with tropical fruit trees and exiting bird songs at night. Luis is very welcoming, spent much time giving information about places to visit. The breakfast in Luis’s garden is excellent, the best I had in Yucatán. It takes a few minutes to Chichen Itza which allows you to be there at 8:00 and avoid long queues.

wonderful host in nature bird watching paradise Luis the host could not be better. His hosting skills and friendly nature was infectious. Breakfast was amazing you will not leave hungry. Loved the dogs and cat Was fortunate enough to of shared breakfast with a couple of toucans this morning. was given lifts by the host to bus station very kind You won’t regret booking this property.

“Fantastic piece of small jungle with the best host”

The place is a very nice flat in a small piece of jungle with mango, maracuja, avocado, lemon and orage trees. The breakfast is fantastic served by the host on a table outside under the trees. And the host is one of the most friendly, genuine and wellcoming we have ever experienced. The is a stone in the garden where it is written "" kindness is my religion' and he applies it as heartfelt. THanks

It’s a really nice place to stay. The location is only a couple of minutes away from Chichen Itza. Luis is an awesome host and gave some good recommendations on what else to do in the area. The breakfast is a blast!

Very cozy bungalows with simple equipment fitting to jungle atmosohere located in the heart of real Mayan village. Amazing welcome by Luis who takes time to talk with everyone guest. Very welcoming. Amazing breakfast in the garden made of tasty products. Delicious banana bread and carrot cake made by the wife of the host. Jungle noice during the night creating scary atmosohere and real jungle experience

Our host, ]Luis, was a most charming and attentive host. He gave a lot of tips for making our stay easy and enjoyable. The bungalow was beautifully situated amongst the trees and having a delicious breakfast provided by Luis, listening to the bird song was a wonderful experience. Thanks Luis. Everything was just perfect! Luis is such a friendly and helpful host. He makes the most delicious breakfast, and always wants to help our and provide tips for visits. The bungalow was clean, had good aircon, and gives an authentic experience. Definitely recommend!

“Unforgettable experience”

This was a wonderful experience being able to stay in a small rural village. The first impression is of a beautiful garden with lots of trees and birds. Luis was a great host so helpful and informative. Both about the birds and plants in the garden and places to see things to do in the area. His recommendation to be at Chichen Itza by 8am was a good one, it was so quiet at that time. Breakfast was amazing, each day something different. The room is simple but totally in keeping with the experience.

Luis and his family were such an amazing hosts. Luis property was excellent. We had a choice of Mayan room with traditional roof and authentic outside bathroom or normal room with inside bathroom. Both rooms were air conditioned. The property boasted fruit trees and there were an abundance of bird sounds. Luis got a big box of Lego out for our 5 year old son to play with and offered him many books to read. Luis and his wife made us the best breakfast made using his own ingredients. We had fresh fruit with yoghurt and nuts, freshly made croissants and cinnamon rolls and the greatest scrambled eggs mixed with Mayan Spinach which is grown in their garden. Lovely coffee too. The property is located on 5 minutes from Chinchen Itzá and is incredible value for money. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to write this as it was a brilliant nights stay, we were well looked after and it was five minutes from Chichen Itza so we could get there for 8am opening and avoid the crowds and heat.

Luis has been the best host- amazing breakfasts with home made bread & butter, Mayan breakfast specialities, local honey & fruits we never even heard of. He helped us book a guide for our visit too! Best place to stay- highly recommend!

Located in small village, not close to main road, so no noise from cars. The are some local cafes to had dinner. Breakfast was the best we had in Mexico, coffee also was good. Room was big and comfortable. Good shower. Owner is great, helps You with advice what to see and how to get.

Nice owner and very personal athmosphere. Breakfast was very good with local products. Location is 10 minutes by car from Chichen Itza in a small town which is very quiet.

Staff was amazing. Very kind We got good information about the area. The place is in the middle of nature. The breakfast was very good. One room has bathroom inside, but the other room has the bathroom outside.
