We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a nice way to start the day. A small downside was that it ended quite early. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

How is it possible to have one-time disposable bad quality plastic cutlery in such a nice hotel restaurant? I felt deceived and brought my own ones. Very very very disappointing. Also the fact that at times the reception was crowded with clients and there was a long queue. More staff is needed in rash hours.

Great location Friendly staff

Buffet breakfast was ok. George was very attentive. Not enough fruit or healthy options. Room was fine. Wi Fi was ok but not great in lobby. Bar was expensive. Sheets not changed in our four night stay. Conrad and Jermain on Reception were very helpful. Good location. Walk to Michigan Avenue in 15 minutes. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

breakfast wasn't great, very basic. but the staff were phenomenal. the room was clean and perfect for what i needed. room service were polite and did a good job to reset the room. location was fantastic. the gym and the view was cute. I will remember Glenda for a long while, how genuine and generous to share information about the city. a truly lovely woman and compliment to your team.

Location was perfect - very close to Grand Central station - couldn’t have asked for a better location for our needs. Room size was good for the 4 of us staying there.

We loved the size and layout of the room, the location was fabulous and the price was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the laundry facilities. The beds were comfy too. The lifts were fast even though it was 4th July weekend. We loved our stay. Highly recommended by my family.
