The place is the worst very dirty and the staff are so freaking rude and comprehensive!!!

The manager , Sam , was exceptionally helpful. He changed my room to a one with a better WiFi connection and was happy for me to have a late check out without added charges.

The sheets were stained and burned, the walls were stained and peeling, the floors were sticky and dirty, the bed was lumpy and had hair in it, the bathroom was dirty the furniture was stained and disgusting.

The guy during checkin was a rockstar. I had a problem with my check-in and he was patient and super helpful. Great problem solver and very personable.

Miami inn was perfect! Very clean, the team was very kind and help us a lot . The room was very clean and lovely place to be. The location perfect. Very recommend!!!

“The facility owners are the major problem of the hotel.”

I will give you my honest way I felt. First the picture of the hotel on internet was completely different from what is on ground. The hotel would have been a good one but I noticed the facility is suffering from poor maintenance management. The owners are only interested in making money from the facility without maintaining it Some section of the hotel facility look like a waste point yet you see rooms close to those areas. To have just a one place for microwave is absolutely poor and unhygienic especially this period of COVID-19 pandemic. The location is 100% good but maintenance is zero. I like few of the staff I met, they were helpful. I will kindly suggest that the facility owners should have a rethink on maintenance culture else unless where they don't value reputation. Thank you

“Very romantic”

The front desk lady was rude and not friendly. The housekeeper were ratchet the lady started screaming for her coworker just to tell them she was taking a smoking break I mean that’s cool buts it’s 8am nobody wants to hear anyone screaming. The tub was nice and big I feel the room needed another coat of paint. Other then that great room!

My room was beneath the crumbling staircase. I had no view other than that. Room was less than desirable and bed spread smelled of alcohol. Quite disappointing.
